Practice 1: Institutional Social Responsibility through Clubs & Cells

The institution inculcates social responsibilities through NSS, YRC, RRC, ECO Club, etc. ISR activities includes blood donation camps, tree plantation drives, Cleanliness campaigns, etc. Institutional Social Responsibility (ISR) is an integral part of our college's ethos, and we actively promote it through various Clubs and Cells. These platforms provide opportunities for students, faculty, and staff to engage in activities that foster social responsibility, community service, and environmental sustainability.

The institution helps to facilitate self-growth and actualization of students' potential through myriad ways of activities through clubs and cells. Our NSS Unit, YRC, Green Club, Red Ribbon Club, and Women's Empowerment Cell are some of the prominent Clubs and Cells that undertake initiatives such as community service projects, awareness campaigns, workshops, and training programs. These activities not only benefit the community but also help our students develop essential life skills, such as leadership, teamwork, and communication. By embedding ISR into our college culture, we aim to create a positive impact on society, promote civic engagement, and inspire our students to become responsible global citizens.

  • Track and analyze placement statistics to identify areas for improvement and optimize placement strategies.

Our college's Training and Placement Cell has established itself as a benchmark for excellence, consistently delivering impressive placement statistics and fostering strong industry connections. With a dedicated team of experienced professionals, the Cell provides comprehensive training and placement support to students, bridging the gap between academia and industry. It provides extensive placement training for students from first year to final year, along with various training programs, and guides the students. The Cell's innovative initiatives, such as soft skills training, technical workshops, and industry-specific boot camps, have enhanced our students' employability skills, making them job-ready.

Evidence of Success

The Training & Placement Cell's strong relationships with industry partners have also led to the establishment of internships and project-based learning opportunities, further enriching our students' learning experience. With its unwavering commitment to student success, our Training and Placement Cell continues to set new benchmarks in placement excellence, earning our college a reputation as a preferred destination for industry recruiters. The success of these initiatives is evident through the consistent increase in placements where all the final year students got placed with a maximum salary of 4.0 LPA.
